在刚开始看了网上的评价带着偏见去看了这部纪录片 但是看完我居然很感动。因为我看到我的影子 去年冬天受伤 我做了抑郁测试 发现自己已经是很高的数值 但我没有让任何人知道 甚至在豆瓣动态写了想s的动态 也因为害怕在几个小时就仅自己可见。那种无边海域里只有我扑腾落水窒息的感觉 好无助好迷茫。

可能是最近吃瓜所以看了Selena的纪录片MeandMyMind，初高中会经常听whosays，是一首给过很多勇气的歌曲。大家或许都敏感过或者现在还在敏感中，怀疑过，不够自信过，当然也有开心和惊喜。我们常常会觉得后者是好的，前者就是不好的。其实很难讲，年纪越大我的感受就是，可以接受所有事物。因为很多事情发生就很难找到原因
